Dogsbutter Recalled

September 29, 2012

Dog for Dog of Santa Monica, California, manufacturer of canine peanut butter,  recalled its Dogsbutter product.  This voluntary recall occurred because of a potential for salmonella contamination.

According to the company CEO, none of the products have tested positive for salmonella but they are being ultra cautious, because some of their parent company’s products were recalled.  Dogsbutter is an all natural product made from peanuts, flaxseed oil, and palm fruit oil.

If you purchased Dogsbutter, return it to your retailer for a refund.
